The Peoplemap™ system of training was developed by Michael Lillibridge, Ph.D., a psychologist and corporate life coach and Andy Mathis, Ph.D. In the search for a shorter, simpler, efficient and more practical personality test than the D. I. S. C. or the Myers Briggs, the Peoplemap™ Questionnaire was developed. The Questionnaire is self scoring and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
In the last 10 years, over 100,000 people have experienced Peoplemap™ training programs. Currently, there are over 44 highly skilled and experienced trainers, psychologists and coaches nationwide, who are certified to facilitate Peoplemap™ training programs. Peoplemap™ training has been used extensively in both large and small corporations, non profits, universities, and professional offices.
