The Peoplemap™ system of training was developed by Michael Lillibridge, Ph.D., a psychologist and corporate life coach and Andy Mathis, Ph.D. In the search for a shorter, simpler, efficient and more practical personality test than the D. I. S. C. or the Myers Briggs, the Peoplemap™ Questionnaire was developed. The Questionnaire is self scoring and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.


In the last 10 years, over 100,000 people have experienced Peoplemap™ training programs. Currently, there are over 44 highly skilled and experienced trainers, psychologists and coaches nationwide, who are certified to facilitate Peoplemap™ training programs. Peoplemap™ training has been used extensively in both large and small corporations, non profits, universities, and professional offices. Peoplemap™ Training programs are all developed by E. Michael Lillibridge, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist , President and Founder of Peoplemap™ Training. All of the programs on communication, team building, leadership and peak performance utilize the Peoplemap™ Questionnaire. The Questionnaire is only seven questions but has a 95% accuracy rate of measuring your personality type.
