THE PROCESS OF WORKING WITH YOU


We begin our relationship with you by understanding your particular needs and then tailoring our programs to reach your specific goals. We often train the entire company and create the Peoplemap™ Worksite Designation. This helps to recognize companies that believe their people are their most important assets. We conduct Peoplemap™ Cetification Programs for Independent Contract Trainers and In–house Trainers. We have a full range of services for your company, regardless of your size. We have clients with three employees and some with thousands of employees.


Phase One: Vision Analysis


The first phase in implementing a successful Peoplemap™ System approach is clarifying your needs, goals, and problem areas. In our needs assessment we find out where you are now and where you want your people to be. This Vision Analysis is conducted via a personal interview between you and one of our corporate principals.


As a result of this meeting, we will make specific recommendations for training so that we can close the "gap" and meet your needs.


Phase Two: The Leadership Paradigm


Training of the executive team of your organization so they can learn the Peoplemap™ System is the beginning of the paradigm. This approach has been found to create a "buy–in" from the top down and the executive team can make input as to the type of training to follow for the rest of the organization. This "buy–in" begins the formation of an important cultural shift in any organization.


Following all of our training we provide a written and oral report that includes:


  • A cultural summary of the group we have trained.
  • Every participant´s Peoplemap™ personality type.
  • Future training recommendations.

Phase Three: Training the Organization


Most organizations we partner with choose to provide training for each and every employee. The Peoplemap™ System is so easy to learn and use that it benefits everyone. Therefore, the third phase of training consists of working with executive management on training everyone in your organization in the basic Peoplemap™ Program.


We have provided training to companies with less than 30 people and have also trained everyone in an organization of over 3,000 people.


Phase Four: On–Going Training


The Peoplemap™ System is a series of interlocking programs that can be tailor made for your group's needs. In consultation with your staff we can design programs to meet your specific needs.
